I write about my intersections as a Black woman, matriarch, entrepreneur, educator, social, economic, and restorative justice advocate, foodie, and food writer. When I'm not helping public and private CBOs grow and build capacity by helping them create a sustainable, strategic plan using strength and research-based methods and diverse strategic partnerships.

Pre-COVID, I was the visionary, creator, and founder of the Writers and Editors of Color (WEOC) collective and publication. Now, as a #LongCovid survivor and advocate- I'm no longer affiliated. My healing is the top priority as I return to writing and rebuild my personal and professional brand, network, and community of Conscious Creatives and resume my writing and food-related chats and events on Clubhouse, Twitter Space, and other platforms.

You can find my words in Zora, Momentum, Creators Hub, Better Marketing, Human Parts, Illumination, and other publications on Medium. I'm also on News Break and other writing platforms.
