My CookUnity Review
I received my 2nd Cook Unity order and felt compelled to review my experience.
Hi, I’m Tee — I’m a foodie who loves to cook but, I simply don’t have the time right now. Philly has a fantastic food scene, there’s always a regional Restaurant Week or food festival so I’ll be the first to admit I sometimes have FOMO — so I’m using CookUnity to taste the best of local chefs.
I had my hesitations because lately my tummy and budget have not been liking my takeout choices. I needed some tasty, affordable, and filling quick lunch and dinner options to supplement my Sunday meal preps.
CookUnity has hundreds of meals from top chefs and a variety of meal plans that cost $13–11 per meal, but they often have specials and discount codes. I started with the 4 meal plan and now I have the 6. I’ve ordered 9 different meals. I’ve tried lasagna, chicken shawarma, and salad. All of the meals were delivered fresh and were well-prepared. They only take 15 minutes to reheat.
The portions were pretty good, filling, and affordable (considering the price of beef). So far, these are my favorites:
